Q: What if I can't make one of the Tuesday night calls?

A: No problem! All calls are recorded and you'll have access to the replays. We recommend attending live when possible for the full experience, but we understand life happens.

Q: What if I'm not in menopause yet?

A: Perfect! This program is for middle-aged women seeking wholeness — whether you're in perimenopause, menopause, or just navigating the transitions of midlife. The tools and strategies apply to all of us.

Q: I've tried therapy AND fitness programs separately. How is this different?

A: That's exactly why we created this. Most programs treat your body OR your mind. We treat you as a WHOLE person. You'll get Sherri's expertise in hormones, nutrition, and movement PLUS Christie's expertise in emotional processing, mindset, and self-awareness — at the same time, working together.

Q: What's the time commitment beyond the weekly calls?

A: Plan for 75 minutes on Tuesday evenings for the live call, plus about 30-60 minutes throughout the week for homework, community engagement, and check-ins with your accountability partner. Totally doable for busy midlife women.

Q: Is the payment plan really interest-free?

A: Yes! Two payments of $149 — no hidden fees, no interest.

Q: What if I don't click with my accountability partner?

A: We'll pair people thoughtfully, but if it's not a fit, just let us know and we'll make adjustments. The goal is support, not stress.
